Lori has worked as paralegal and trustee assistant for Robert H. Waldschmidt, Esq., Nashville, TN since 1985. Mr. Waldschmidt has retired from the trustee practice, but Lori continues to assist him in the wind down of his office. Her duties concentrated on commercial law and bankruptcy matters, assisting in the representation of debtors, creditors and trustees in cases filed under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Lori also works remotely for multiple trustees across the U.S. She has been instrumental in developing best practices and professional standards for remote assistants.
Member of National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees. Recipient, Sept 2000, of NABT Special Service Award. Former Associate Board Member, NABT.
As of 2024, Lori, her husband David, and their little dog Kenny are enjoying life in Central Florida.
