This has occurred through developing strategies with a history of effectively leading teams of lawyers, CPAs, real estate agents, auctioneers, and other professionals, in liquidation cases, wage earner adjustment proceedings, small businesses reorganizations, and workout agreements, all while seeking expeditious case closure and or identifying areas of maximum recovery, and mitigating risk to streamline operations.
She is a frequent and confident presenter and author for various conferences on Bankruptcy and Mediation. These include the State Bar of Texas Advanced Business and Consumer Bankruptcy, University of Houston Bankruptcy Conferences, International Bankruptcy Conference, University of Texas Bankruptcy Conference, Fifth Circuit Bankruptcy Bench Bar, Southern District of Texas Bankruptcy Bench Bar, State of Texas Bankruptcy Bench Bar, National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees and the Attorney Mediator Association on Meditation in Bankruptcy. She is considered an expert in the field of Consumer Bankruptcy and Small Business Reorganization. She is a mentor for attorneys entering the Bankruptcy arena and for new Panel Trustees.
