Judge Herren, District of Kansas, previously practiced with a trial firm in Kansas City, served as in-house litigation counsel for a large energy company, and then practiced with a Wichita/Kansas City firm where he focused on commercial litigation for clients ranging from individuals to large companies, while also serving as Managing Member. He is a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and a graduate of the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law. He sits in Wichita, Kansas.
