Geoff Groshong is a solo practitioner in Seattle, Washington, focusing on bankruptcy, receiverships, and workouts. He serves as a Subchapter V trustee in the Western District of Washington and the District of Alaska. He has also served as a Subchapter V trustee in the Eastern District of Washington and Oregon, and as a chapter 7 panel trustee and as a chapter 11 trustee in the Western District of Washington. Geoff represents debtors-in-possession, Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 trustees, creditors’ committees, secured lenders and other lienholders, and unsecured creditors in the bankruptcy courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington. He also represents receivers and other parties in state court receiverships. Geoff has been board-certified in business bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification since 2001.
