About me
Darcy D. Williamson is a native of Arapahoe, Nebraska, and a 1979 graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. She was a member of the UNL Women’s Basketball Team. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 1982 and has served as a Chapter 7 Trustee for the District of Kansas and served as a private practitioner in Topeka, Kansas for 39 years. She served as a NABT Board Member and is now an honorary Board Member of the NABT.
For over 35 years Darcy has served as an Adjunct Professor in the Legal Assistants Program at Washburn University and has authored a Bankruptcy and Collections textbook for Legal Assistants. She is a contributor to the American Trustee Bankruptcy Journal and a speaker at national seminars.
