I am a bankruptcy attorney practicing in the area of corporate restructuring and complex insolvency. I represent clients from a broad spectrum of industries, including charter airlines, real estate developers, homeowners associations, governmental agencies, commercial real estate owners and developers, retailers, and manufacturers. I represent constituents on all sides of bankruptcy proceedings, including debtors, creditors, trustees, committees, and purchasers and sellers of distressed assets.
