With enactment of the SBRA, Chapter 11 options reopened to many individual debtors and these cases make up a large portion of the filings since.  This panel will focus on recent developments in Chapter 11 cases involving individual debtors and the practical issues faced in projecting disposable income.  Additional points of interest of Subchapter V trustees administering these case, including tax considerations, will be discussed.
